Organizations exist to provide goods and services in an effective and efficient manner. Organizations are not buildings as many seem to perceive, but may be defined as the coming together of two or more people with a common objective of fulfilling certain goals. The goals should be in form of goods or services. People however seem to ignore the rationale behind formations of organizations and only focus on one side forgetting the symbiotic relationship that exist between organizations and communities.
